Canadian College of Microbiologists – It is a non-profit organization of microbiologists which operates with legal and professional status.

Canadian Coalition of Women in Science and Technology – CCWEST is a national coalition of groups that promotes women in science, technology, engineering and math, celebrates their contributions and applies new vision to these fields.

Canadian Federation of Biological Sciences – The Canadian Federation of Biological Societies is a research consortium representing Canadian Biological and Biomedical professional associations.

Canadian Society of Microbiologists – The Canadian Society of Microbiologists seeks to advance microbiology in all its aspects and to facilitate the interchange of ideas between microbiologists.

College of Applied Biology of BC – The purpose of the College as set out in the College of Applied Biology Act is to uphold and protect the public interest

Interior Science and Innovation Council – ISIC’s mission is to be the catalyst for economic revitalization through advancing Innovation and Science initiatives.

Let’s Talk Science – Let’s Talk Science is striving to improve Science literacy through innovative educational programs, research and advocacy. We exist to motivate and empower young Canadians through Science education.

American Association for the Advancement of Science – The American Association for the Advancement of Science, “Triple A-S” (AAAS), is the world’s largest general scientific society, publisher of Science.

American Society for Microbiology – The American Society for Microbiology is the oldest and largest single life science membership organization in the world. Membership has grown from 59 scientists in 1899 to over 42,000 members today located throughout the world. ASM represents 25 disciplines of microbiological specialization plus a division for microbiology educators.

Association for Women in Science – The Association for Women in Science is dedicated to achieving equity and full participation for women in science, mathematics, engineering and technology.

The Society for Industrial Microbiology (SIM) – SIM is a professional association dedicated to the advancement of microbiological sciences, specifically as applied to industrial materials, processes, products and their associated problems. Its members constitute scientists employed in industry, government and university laboratories.



Japanese Society for the Promotion of Science – is a quasi-governmental organization, established by a national law for the purpose of contributing to the advancement of science
